These terms and conditions govern your booking and participation in our tours. By making a reservation with Daniel's Tours Costa Rica, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
Fifty percent (50%) of your reservation will be charged on reservation day. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due on the date of your activity.
All reservations, and subsequently all payments, will be applied in US dollars. By the nature of your card, bank and/or local currency, conversions to that currency may apply under the current exchange rate of your bank.
The statement will reflect the charge under the name of Daniel Enrique Mora Navarro.
All cancellations & modifications should be made at least 30 days prior to the confirmed date of your trip or 24 hours after the reservation was made.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the confirmed date of your trip or within 24 hours after the reservation was made will be 100% refundable.
All cancellations made within 30 days prior to the confirmed date of your trip, or over 24 hours after the reservation was made, and all "no-shows" or incomplete tours, will not be refunded.
We request our visitors to be at the location at least 15 minutes before the confirmed schedule for your tour.
In case of no-show or incomplete tours, the charged amount is not refundable.
What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance?
We may be able to give you a refund if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that's out of your control. Below is a list of circumstances covered by our Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
Before you cancel, check that your circumstance is included in the list below and that you can provide the required documentation.
You'll be asked to provide one of these documents:
You'll be asked to provide a general statement from a physician. The statement must be dated after the reservation was booked.
Including jury duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, and military deployment.
You'll be asked to provide a copy of the official notice dated after the reservation was booked, including the name of the person fulfilling the obligation.
That make it impossible to travel to your destination. This includes closures caused by natural disasters like earthquakes or severe storms.

Our extenuating circumstances policy is intended to protect guests from unforeseen circumstances that are completely outside of their control. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to provide fair protection while maintaining the sustainability of our tour operations.
